Player Appreciation Mander Giveaway and OTM News!!Hello Dearest Anomalites! As time has gone on recently, we realize that not everyone has time to fill out their OTM's each month, and that it was a bit of a chore to search through stuff from the prior month to find something you loved or to narrow down the character or player who has caught your eye recently. Well! We've decided to adjust the system just a bit. So, sadly, the Of The Month awards will be retired and replaced with *drumroll* the Anomalous New Year Awards, or ANYA! These rewards will take place once per Anomalous year, and feature the same familiar categories - Player, Character and Roleplay. The reward for voting will also be increasing to *more drumroll* One Uncommon Mander!! That is one shiny little Salamander that just leaps right into your bank! Since we decided to roll this out at a LITTLE bit of an awkward time, we've decided to hold an Player Appreciation Salamander Giveaway of two basic manders for everyone who responds on this journal between today (06/11/20210) and Sunday (06/13/2021) within the featured post as a thank you for the years of faithful voting all of you have given over time!! We appreciate all of you and hope to see you all again soon!...

Anomalous New Year Awards (Formerly Member of the Month Awards)

Every in game year, Anomalous accepts beautiful artwork and breathtaking literature into its gallery that depicts the life/happenings of mutantlicious mutants! At the end of every year, characters, artwork/literature, and members with the most nominations will be honored for their hard-work with a ‘mandery reward and a spot on our honor board! To ensure that the love has an even spread, individual characters/members can only win Character of the Year/Member of the Year every other year (ie, if Blue wins COTY award for 2006, he cannot win again until 2008!). To be clear, there must be one in game year between someone/a character winning Year/Character of the Year! Since RPs are constantly new, we do not have any restrictions against the authors/characters within nominated RPs.

If there is a character who has wowed you with their fabulousness, now’s your chance to nominate them! Don’t worry about have to choose only one; you will be able to pick your top two favorites for the year and nominate them both!

Roleplay of the Year

The bread and butter of the group, artwork/literature RPs tell us the stories of the characters they feature - iIf there has been a piece that you think deserves a special mention, be sure to nominate it!
